Invest in modern processing equipment that can cut large stone slabs, have an automatic grinding and polishing system ..., improve the product recovery rate; saving raw materials, electricity; ensure the environment according to regulations.

Regarding material areas for the projects, it is necessary to ensure the quality, sufficient reserves to serve the needs of the project activities to ensure investment efficiency. At the same time, the management and licensing of mineral activities must comply with the provisions of the mineral law.

Regarding the authority to decide on investment, pursuant to Clause 1, Article 32 of the Law on Investment No. 67/2014 / QH13 dated November 26, 2014, the project with an investment capital of less than 5,000 billion VND shall be decided by the People's Committee of the province. investment policy.

On the basis of the above contents and based on the strategy and plan for building material development in the province, the market situation and the investor's capacity, the Department of Planning and Investment of Dak Lak province considers and decides. investment policy in projects according to regulations.
